UC Ministries: Well it nice to see someone who is on the Christian TV network that has dared to come out of his corner and name names and speak the truth.  Good for Van Impe for what he did.  It has long been my belief that just before the rapture there would be what I call the “Great Betrayal”  Where those who once professed Orthodoxy will suddenly abandon all pretense and begin to follow another gospel.  This will not be a subtle departure but an open declaration and purpose to follow another GOSPEL.   Do not be surprised as to how many will open their doors to these heresies.  It will also be interesting as to who will stand and who will apostate.

Recently I have been doing quite a bit of witnessing to Moslems  on a Face Book site where Christians and Moslems can debate.   I am shocked at what I have come across.  Not only the absolute wickedness, abusive language, and low morals of Moslems.  Some of which seem to be more interested in what was between their legs than what was between their ears.  I offer no pun here.  Some of these Moslems I was not totally sure If I was talking to demons or actual people.  Such was the language and  abusiveness  of their nature, especially towards Christian women.  I have to admit it is only on occasions where I could say I was in the presence of  evil.  But none of those times has ever come close to what I have witness recently.  I am therefore forced to conclude that Islam was indeed manufactured by satan to counter the spread of Christianity.  There can be NO compromise or dialogue with practicing Moslems.  It is a very Naive Christian who believes they can welcome a Moslem as a friend.   I know some nice people who have tried.

Here is the article on this subject:

A Christian ministry’s decision to expose as “false  teachers” several celebrity ministers it believes are corrupting biblical  teachings has prompted a rift, with Jack Van Impe Ministries dropping plans to  work in the future with Trinity Broadcasting Network, where it has broadcast  for more than two decades.

“I Will Not Be Silenced! I will not allow anyone to tell me what I  can and cannot preach,” Van Impe said in a statement when TBN would not  allow his program to air.

When I see heretical teaching leading to apostasy, I will speak  out,” he said. “The Bible says ‘All scripture is given by inspiration  of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for  instruction in righteousness:’ (II Timothy 3:16). The Apostle Paul also gives  instructions in Titus 1:9-11, 13 ‘Holding fast the faithful word as he hath  been taught, that he may be able by sound doctrine both to exhort and to  convince the gainsayers. For there are many unruly and vain talkers and  deceivers … Whose mouths must be stopped, who subvert whole houses, teaching  things which they ought not, for filthy lucre’s sake…Wherefore rebuke them  sharply, that they may be sound in the faith.‘”

Van Impe said he immediately called his  media agents and told them, “I no longer wanted to air my program on  Trinity Broadcasting Network; we will take the tremendous amount of money that  we were spending there to obtain new stations that will allow us to continue to  reach every square mile of America with the truths of the Bible without this  network.”

The dispute arose over the issue  of advocating for “Chrislam”  and other efforts that are designed to find “common ground” between  Christians and Muslims. TBN declined to air one of Van Impe’s programs that  contained sharp criticisms of leaders such as Rick Warren of “The Purpose  Driven Life” fame and Robert Schuller.

In a statement from Van Impe Ministries  today, Executive Director Ken Vancil said his organization rejected an effort
by TBN to reinstate the programming and would work to develop alternative  broadcast outlets where they were needed.

“We would not be able to minister  effectively if we had to look over our shoulder wondering if a program was  going to be censored because of mentioning a name,” Vancil said.  “While there is hurt over this incident, we hold no animosity towards TBN.  Dr. Van Impe has often expressed his appreciation to Paul and Jan (Crouch, of  TBN) and all that they have  accomplished.”

But he confirmed that Paul Crouch Sr.  “cautioned” him as recently as Monday “regarding Dr. Van Impe’s  naming of names and publicly rebuking ministers and their teachings.” The dispute erupted just last week,  when Van Impe’s ministry planned to air sharp criticism of Christians who say  they want to “reach out” by incorporating beliefs or practices of  Islam into their Christian organizations.

The program specifically mentioned  Warren and Schuller, prompting TBN to prevent the broadcast. “We received a call from Matt  Crouch of TBN informing us that they would not run that program. … The reason  he gave was that we specifically mentioned Rick Warren and Robert Schuller and  that it is TBN’s policy that broadcasters are not allowed to rebuke other
ministries,” Van Impe said. “This is a rather hypocritical  statement in light of the fact that they have never said anything in the past  when we have rebuked others such as Bishop Spong, Bishop Pike, and in the past  few months Harold Camping and Rob Bell,” he continued. “They also  stated that they would not run any future program where we offered our DVD  Reclaiming & Restoring Biblical Christianity as a premium for a donation to  our ministry. A DVD that exposes false teachers and the heresies that they  proclaim.”

TBN did not respond to WND’s request for  comment on the dispute.

Vancil said after TBN’s decision not to  air the program that there was no future between the two groups. “This was not an easy decision; we  have had a relationship with TBN for 23 years. … But at this point we feel it  is time to part ways,” he said. “We have been able to over the years  develop an independent network of broadcast stations all across America as well  as broadcasting on TBN and Daystar. Our media agents have worked diligently and  determined that we need to add 14 stations to be able to continue fully  covering every mile of America.

“Praise God I am pleased to  announce that negotiations have progressed in these 14 markets and that  contracts will be  presented to the Van Impes for approval in a matter of  days,” he said.

In  the program that was cut, which remains available on the Jack Van Impe  Ministries website, the ministry launches its campaign regarding  “apostate ministers.”

Van Impe explains that the Bible  prophesies a one-world government and a one-world religion during the end  times, and his concern focuses on the move among some Christian organizations  to adopt some Islamic thought and incorporate elements of Islam into their  worship.

“We’ve got too many of these  mush-mouth preachers. All they’re doing is two stories and a movie  review,” he said. But the Bible actually outlines that its messages also  are to “reprove and rebuke” Christians for failing to live for God. According to the broadcast,  “Chrislam is a term that may be used more often among apostate  churches.”

Such Islamic and evangelical Christian  leaders, the report explained, are working to find a way to promote  “common beliefs the two religions supposedly share.” Specifically cited were Warren and Schuller.

During  a subsequent broadcast, also available on the ministry’s website,
the advance of “Chrislam” thoughts and practices into Christian  churches was described as a “tsunami of compromise.” “This compromise is going to  permeate Christianity,” Van Impe said. “I’m calling for the old-time  religion to be restored.

God called me to preach. And I  will not stand down for any man, for any church, for any Christian  organization,” he said.

The report noted that there are some  Christian missionaries overseas who have “eliminated 91 verses in God’s  Holy Word because they wanted to please Islam and the Muslims.” Those references identify Jesus as the  Son of God. Other developments include moves by  some Christian churches to remove clear Christian emblems such as crosses.

He said what churches need today is  that “old time religion” and less “self-esteem  psycho-babble.”

Criticized on the program were  recommendations attributed to Warren that churches change music to a  contemporary rock style, eliminate hymnbooks and the choir, eliminate the  Sunday evening or Wednesday prayer services, remove the word “church”  and refer to it as a “campus,” and reduce the use of the words  “unsaved,” “lost,” “hell” and “heaven.”

Other ministries have voiced criticism  similar to Van Impe’s. Joe Schimmel, senior pastor of Blessed  Hope Chapel in Southern California and chief of the Good Fight Ministries, openly has questioned whether church leaders are
affirming Allah.

Schimmel, who is best known for  “They Sold Their Souls for Rock n Roll,” which exposes satanic  influences behind much of yesterday and today’s popular music and how it  negatively influences youth, suggested in a WND column, “Could it be that
we are witnessing the formation of the prophesied one-world religion under the  Antichrist? (Revelation 13:1-18) ”

He cited Brian McLaren of the emerging church movement, who planned for an  Islamic Ramadan celebration. And he mentioned Warren’s agreement to address the  Islamic Society of North America, which “the Department of Justice
categorized two years ago as a co-conspirator in financing a foreign terrorist  group!”

Another church leader, Tony Campolo, “a proponent of the  so-called ‘evangelical left’ claimed that ‘even if’ Muslims ‘don’t convert,  they are God’s people,'” Schimmel wrote.

“Even more chilling is the fact  that over 300 prominent Christian leaders signed a letter issued by the Yale  Center for Faith and Culture claiming that world peace is dependent on Muslims  and Christians recognizing ‘Allah’ and ‘Yahweh’ as the same God. This letter,  titled ‘Loving God and Neighbor Together,’ was written in response to a signed  document by 138 Muslim leaders titled ‘A Common Word Between Us and You.’  McLaren, Warren, Robert Schuller and Bill Hybels were just several of the  signatories to this outright betrayal of Christ!” he said. TBN previously had a conflict over its intolerance for  criticism of Islam. It was in 2006 when Hal Lindsey, WND columnist and one of the world’s most
popular non-fiction authors, clashed with the network because TBN wanted him to  soften his views on Muslims. Lindsey refused.

We are at the beginning of a new year.  Every New Year speaks about new challenges and new choices.  In many ways what has gone past still exists with us today.  The sufferings of last year do not simply go away just because we have changed our calendar.  But we are given the opportunity to make decisions which we hope will make a difference.  Something that says we have decided.  Last year presented many challenges both in the area of health, ministry, and friends.  Some we have lost and others we have just started to know. But all in all what has passed became a year that I have begun to be challenged.  It was a time to reach out again with a voice of ministry.  It has been both humbling because I could do none of this in my own strength.  The flesh will always be a point of failure.  We are all dogged by our own flesh and the weakness which we still have to suffer until we rise with the incorruptible body.  We all long for that incorruptible body which will have no taint of Sin or decay on it.  One day that hope will become a reality.  What has transpired before will be nothing more than a distant memory that passes away, the shadow of a former nightmare in which the day forgets.

 PERSECUTION:

For many fellow believers this has been a year of persecution and suffering and many have died for their faith. We must continue to uplift them in prayer.  In many ways they are the real heroes of the faith.  For they stand in the face of some of the most difficult situations imaginable

Hebrews 11: 39-40 And these all, having obtained a good report through faith, received not the promise: God having provided some better thing for us, that they without us should not be made perfect.

Many seeing their love ones killed, many have lost everything, and many have been driven from their homes.  But they have a God will reward them for their stand.

I have no doubt that this year will see new challenges and I hope in Gods grace we will meet those challenges.  The issue of Church continues to be an issue.  While I believe that God gives grace to live in the wilderness that cannot always be said of family.  In one sense every believer wherever he lives is going through the tribulation, some more than others.  The climate is slowly changing where Christians will become more vivified and rejected by the world.  We exist as aliens in a foreign land, an oddity among a Christ rejecting world.  That neither understands nor wants to.

BIRTH PANGS:

I am also realised that the birth pangs which the Bible speaks about are becoming more and more of a reality.  Scientist pontificate   Governments establish their laws, but none can change what is coming.  The world is STRAINING and GROANING and the end is coming. We desire that none be left or lost.  The warning signs are there but many choose to ignore them.  Despite all the inventiveness of men we still teeter on the edge of a precipice.  It is only Gods grace that stops the world from finally plummeting over the edge of the precipice.

God at this time in mercy is restrain mans capacity to plummet into the horrible depths of depravity, but God will not restrain for ever and one day all that will transpire will.

  WITNESS:

If ever there was a time to witness and see souls saved it has to be now.  The need to shout out and call people to the one reality that will last.  Eternity beckons and few realise the awful consequences of what eternity means.  There is a wondrous Glory for those who received Christ as Lord and Saviour but an awful state for those who reject.  We can only hope that this will become a year of witness, which will see souls saved and delivered from sin and damnation.

 FALSE TEACHERS:

Last year saw a number of false teacher’s return, Todd Bentley being one of them.  Just when we thought we saw that last of him, he returned with a wife who was as crazy as he was.   It should be remembered that this relationship which was born out of open adultery.  Todd expects everyone to believe that his marriage to his mistress was repentance.  Not in any Bible I have read.

Sadly Last years saw a number of false teachers getting air time like David Vaughan, the crazy monk who entered the Big Brothers house.  I suspect he was kept there as some oddity and almost won.    I have no doubt that this trend will continue.  Last year also saw the proposed divorce between Benny Hinn by his wife Suzanne Hinn.  We have all with waited breath waited to see if this divorce will be finally finalised.   So far even the revelation of Benny Hinn relationship with Paula white has kept the lid on this divorce.    I personally view this silence with a bit of suspicion.  But we will wait and see.

The continued exposure of false teachers has made many of them go quiet although they are still there grafting in money and making the gospel in a money racket.  Time does not allow for the mention of all the ones who have been exposed.  I suspect that this will and must continue.  We cannot let up and become comfortable.  The pressure if anything must grow against these false teachers, for if we do not then the world will.  The best place to hit these false teachers is in their pockets.  Last year saw many develop financial problems Robert Schullers church the Crystal Cathedral being one of them, which filed for bankruptcy?

If anything the rise of false prophets especially those who can do false signs and wonder will increase.    While many of these are continuing to be exposed, look for someone who can appear to do the genuine.  Or at least that is what it will appear.  False signs and wonders exponents are becoming more and more subtle with their deceptions.  They are learning from the failures of those who have gone before them.

J. Lee Grady is contributing editor of Charisma  magazine wrote an article recently called

Say Goodbye to the Untouchable Preachers

There is no way we can know how many unbelievers rejected the gospel because they saw the church supporting quacks who swaggered, bragged, lied, flattered, bribed, stole and tearfully begged their way into our lives—while we applauded them and sent them money.”

For the most part the article was very good.  It was sound enough and yet I have my issues with it.

THE TROUBLE IS THAT MANY ARE JUST FINDING OUT WHAT MANY OF US HAVE KNOWN FOR YEARS.

While we have all been naming names, some have had NO clue just how deep the corruption went.  How many would have questioned John piper until his invitation to Warren.    It’s true that Lee Grady should have named names, which he has not.  You can’t point to corruption without first  revealing where that corruption is.  Its like saying the water in the tap is poisonous, but which tap is the poison in.  Because many have failed to name names it has allowed people to assume that all the taps as poisonous.  So the true ministers of the gospel have sometimes been  labeled with the false.  We must separate and reveal where  this corruption exists.  If that means naming names then we have to name names.

In one sense Grady is pointing the right direction, even if it does not go far enough.  It’s also true that these preachers are where they are because they were funded by naive and foolish people who may or may not have been saved.   It is also true we will never know just how many would not drink for any tap just because some  were poisonous.

We have shouted on the house tops about these preachers for years.  We have been maligned and ridiculed as stupid.  Touching the Lord anointed.  We have pushed and shoved, naming names and generally been thought of as trouble makers.   It’s nice to see that maybe the message many of us have been preaching for years is beginning to be heard.

It is understandable that many like Benny , Copeland ,Warren, Oral Roberts ,  Rory Wendy Alec, Robert Schuller,  Crefo Dollar and a whole host of other names were never saved , for had they been their theology would have matched the word of God.   But there were others like Tony Compolo, John Piper,Charles Colson,  Jimmy Swaggard, Jim Bakker, Tammy faye , Ted  Haggard (the man who claimed he over repented) and many others whose ministries have befallen error or Moral corruption.  Yet many were considered orthodox and conservative at the time.  Sometimes a weed look like a flower at the beginning, but left untouched will take over a whole garden.  Many hope for orthodoxy.  Many foolishly believed the promises that these preachers made.    Many never saw or discerned the character of those involved.  For others they could not begin to realise the utter depth of corruption which was taking place.    Even Copeland and Hagin at the beginning of their ministry looked and sounded orthodox and the prosperity gospel was just a novel new idea.  But the weed was allowed to grow.  There was no one that could reach them and weed out the corruption.  But as we now see they were never saved to start with.  It is foolish to believe that they were saved but it took time to discern this.  For others it was fairly easy.  People got wrapped up in the promises of health and wealth.  But the gospel only worked in one direction upward.  Money was accumulated until the prosperity teachers had their big houses, jewels, lavish lifestyles and private Jets.  They could point to themselves as proof that their gospel  worked.    But people failed to realise that it worked because others were paying for it.  The give and you will get gospel only works for those to whom you give it.  But the returns never materialise.  How many prayer partners are running around in Rolls Royce cars, big sea-side mansions, and living in the top hotels in the country.  The allusion of prosperity for many was but a make belief bubble, a Disney experience that sounds good until someone pops it with a needle in the guise of a credit card bill, which you used to finance some prosperity pimp and you don’t have the money to pay for it.

How many were heavily involved in churches that sounded orthodox until the pastor came back from some conference.  He is all fired up and with it comes a new novel idea.  People place their trust in their pastor whom they respect and have known for years.  But the new novel ideas bring corruption and spiritual death in its wake.  We see Christians confused and broken.  They are told to conform or get out.  Friends suddenly become enemies.  E very fibre of your being tells you its wrong doctrine, another spirit at work.  You can see it for what it is.  Yet friends look and with scorn you are told don’t judge, don’t question the pastor, don’t touch the LORDS anointed.  They dance and praise, shake, laugh and fall over with drunkenness.  Yet the witness says don’t touch it, get out and don’t look back.  It takes a bravery born of King David at times to wade through the darkness and troubles.    You doubt and question, yet your love for truth will not let you rest in anything but the truth.  You meet these same church friends in the high street and suddenly instead of a handshake they cross the road to avoid you.  You become the object of whispers and lies.  But I have known these people for years and yet they can’t see what to you is so obvious.    They now preach another gospel which the Bible clearly rejects, but you are told that God is not confined and is doing a new thing.  You try to remind them that the Bible is God inspired and his word never changes.  You are looked at as if you have just crawled out of some rock.  An alien has landed and dropped you off.

You are told that God is not confined to a Box, the box being the Bible.  You tell them about prophecy and how many will come to reject the Bible for doctrines of demons.  But for all the good you might as well have been talking to a wall.

Time is always the enemy of false prophecies and false prophets.  But time is also the enemy of the false believer as well.  The number of those who I once called friends and brothers in Christ who now walk a different path grieves me.  There is no easy answer in this matter.  If our love for truth is greater than our friendship then we must weave goodbye and follow the one who gives us his truth.

The most wicked aspect is that promises which were made came with the full knowledge that the promises could not be kept.  Books were published to make money with no genuine concern for the truth.  They flogged their spurious ideas in the name of Christ, but their ideas pointed nowhere near the truth.

Derek Prince in his last book “Curses and blessings” revealed his WOF connections with a gospel that was an utter betrayal of the truth, a final legacy of error and greed.  In the end making money became more important than the truth.    Was this man deceived or a deceiver?   Prince will always be known as the man who brought in the doctrine of shepherding.  It continued to cause untold harm and misery long after he tried to wash his hands of it.  Like Pontius Pilate there was not enough water to wash his guilt away.

Lee Grady says” Say Goodbye to the Untouchable Preachers”, the truth is they were never untouchable.  These preachers got away with so much because people covered up for them and hid the truth from their own Hearts.  People were swayed by their own greed and selfishness.  These prostitutes of the gospel simply took advantage.  They sold their sin and people bought into it.  Only eternity will reveal the true cost.

Can we see a day where there will be Christianity without Christ and a Religion without God? Well it’s here.

Napoleon Hill

Word of Faith teachings (WOF) has for the most part been discredited and exposed for the heresy it is.  However we are beginning to see another movement arising which has many of the elements of WOF but it is not WOF.  Many years ago a man called Napoleon Hill wrote a book called “Think and grow rich”.  Napoleon is regarded as a cult figure by many American writers involved in writing books on the subject of success in personal life.    His original thesis started as way back in 1928, with Philosophy of Achievement.  Later distilled into The Law of Success and eventually his ideas were published as the book we all recognise, Think and grow rich.

Another book of hills was “Success through a Positive Mental Attitude”, finally  Hill was to breathe his last in 1970, and his last book “You Can Work Your Own Miracles” was published after his death.

Norman Vincent Peale

Norman Vincent Peale became another writer of how to succeed in life

Norman Vincent Peale died on 12/24/93 at the age of 95. He wrote more than 46 books during his lifetime. His most popular book, The Power of Positive Thinking, was written in 1952 and has sold more than 20 million copies in 41 languages

In the simplest premise is the belief that through ones own mental thinking the average man can become a success.

Today we see the resurgence of this same teaching which has been clocked in Christian terminology.  The people involved refer to themselves by Clerical terms as prophets and bishops.  They have clocked this philosophy in hyper terminology but it is still this think and grows rich mentality.

Robert Schuller

One of Norman Vincent Peale’s most “successful” protégés is Robert Schuller. (On Schuller’s 1000th Anniversary television show [The Hour of Power, aired on 4/2/89], Schuller’s son said of Peale that he was “responsible for dad’s possibility thinking. Although Schuller has recently retired as pastor of the Crystal Cathedral church, his positive thinking philosophy is still out there influencing people.

These are just three of the more well new age gurus to influence the church in the last 100 years.  While two have died and met their unrighteous end.  The philosophies and ideas which they created have evolved.  They continue to inspire a new generation of teachers.  Who have peddled unrighteousness as truth.  Cloaked in a veneer of religiosity.

The Master Prophet

The master prophets as he likes to refer to himself also known as Bishop E. Bernard Jordan. I can only assume he likes to be called by that name because everyone else looks to him for their guidance and wisdom on his new age philosophies.  Bernard Jordan originally came to light on ETPW selling SOAP. The tile of which is called the Prophetic Awareness Soap

  • This is a great way to start your day and bring you the confidence you need to stand before those whom you need to face. Walk in the confidence that has been given to you by God Almighty as you bathe with this soap, know that you are becoming more aware and spiritually guarded, so that you can meet life’s challenges. This is a soap that helps bring protection and give you a greater ability to function with greater intuition and insight. Remember, according to your faith, so be it done unto you. Saponified Oils of Palm, Coconut, Olive, Lemongrass Essential Oil and Rosemary Extract.

However the altogether clean Bishop with a thing for soap has created a seminar course , along with a number of books on the subject which is as bizarre as their names.

  • Written Judgement
  • Science of Prophecy
  • Law of Thinking
  • Cosmic Economics
  • Meditation
  • Mentoring

Very much like WOF these courses often are based around Laws which can lead to success.  Also like WOF this is nothing more than another money spinner for those who teach it.

  • THE PROPHET by Bernard Jordan
  • There is a vast difference between a person who speaks a prophetic word and one who is anointed, appointed, and ordained to the governmental office of a Prophet or Prophetess. There is a way to discern the prophet of God from the prophet of Baal; or the genuine from the counterfeit. The role of the prophet must be accepted and respected so that every member of the Body of Christ may find his or her place and step into position in God’s army. The office of the Prophet is ordained of God as indicated in Ephesians 4:11

Here Jordan tries to answer the “question what is a prophet” , As you can see he does not actually give an answer.

Bernard teaches” role of the prophet must be accepted” Where is that in scripture?

Does this so called prophet uplift Jesus?  No he actually places himself like some pope in the central complex of a new religion.  We can only function if we come under his ministry. The role of the prophet is NO way accepted on a precocious blind basis.

  • 1Ti 4:1 Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils;
  • Deu 18:22 When a prophet speaketh in the name of the LORD, if the thing follow not, nor come to pass, that [is] the thing which the LORD hath not spoken, [but] the prophet hath spoken it presumptuously: thou shalt not be afraid of him.

The Bible makes it quite clear that if a prophet speaks and what he says does not come to pass 100% then he is a false prophet.  Or if what that prophet speaks and even if that prophecy comes to pass and then says let us go and worship other gods.  Do not listen to that man.  As we have seen he not only cannot answer his own question but he is also a false teacher.

THE INNER CIRCLE:

Bernard Jordan has what could be called an inner circle.  Here are a couple of them.

Prophetess Mary Jordan

writes in her profiles:

  • Another workshop that I will be teaching during Prophecology Aug 2006

  • The Power of Thought

  • The scriptures declare that “As a man thinketh in his heart, so is he” You don’t even have to vocalize our thoughts. The very thought you’ve been nurturing in the recesses of your mind will manifest itself through the circumstances of your life.
Prophetic Principle: “Your thoughts are the creators of your world”
  • Hello, I am Prophetess Mary Jordan… I am a Class Master in POME, “The Prophetic Order of Mar Elija h”, and also one of the teachers in the order. I love to teach, I love wisdom… and I love the teaching and message being proclaimed by Master Prophet E. Bernard Jordan and the Company of Prophets.

Like  all success seminars hidden wisdom becomes the basic belief .  And what you THINK can make you a success.  Although they claim  titles such a prophets, where in the Bible does it teach “the power of thought”, clearly it does not.  However they take one scripture and stretched it for all its worth.

Pro 23:7 For as he thinketh in his heart, so [is] he: Eat and drink, saith he to thee; but his heart [is] not with thee.

  • Pro 23:5-7 Wilt thou set thine eyes upon that which is not? for [riches] certainly make themselves wings; they fly away as an eagle toward heaven. Eat thou not the bread of [him that hath] an evil eye, neither desire thou his dainty meats: For as he thinketh in his heart, so [is] he: Eat and drink, saith he to thee; but his heart [is] not with thee.”

By taking the first part of this verse they can twist it to make it appear that just by thinking man can make himself rich and prosperous.  However within the right context the verse says the very opposite to which they claim.  Riches take wings and fly away.  Eat not with someone who is a wicked man Therefore.  What this wicked man says with his mouth is not what he is thinking with his heart.  While he may speak soothing words to you he is anything but a ravenous wolf.

Prophetess Mary Jordan continues:

  • Pre-Birth Prophetic Messenger
  • Before we were actually born we were all in God. We knew God, and we were a part of God. Before we came to earth, God put certain skills inside of us. Now we must fulfill our assigned function in the earth. When we got here we forgot what it is all about, so in this hour, God is re-opening our memories. We’re getting our memories back.
  • Prophetic Principle #5 says, “You must change what you are accepting in your present environment.”

“Before we were born we actually were all part of God.”  Where is that in the Bible?

Now what do we then do with such negative statements as

  • Rom 3:10 As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one:
  • Rom 3:11 There is none that understandeth, there is none that seeketh after God.
  • Rom 3:23 For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;

If we were all a part of God then that  would mean that God is a sinner .  Not only  that but God becomes more than a triune being.  It would also make us all GODS.  This is again where WOF is going.  Man becomes his own class of God.  However in this case Mary Jordan says we are God.  We just forgot that part.  Lets see God sent us here and the first thing we did is forget!  then God has to help make us remember what we forget.  So if we are God omnipresent all-knowing omniscient we came to earth and promptly forgot who we are.  Hmm.  Can I fall of my seat now with laughter.  The God who forgets who he is.!!!!  That not my God.  It might be these bimbo god but the only time my God forgets is when he forgives and cleanses us from our sins.

Another prophet says :

  • Another workshop that is featured during Prophecology in Aug 2006
  • The Laws of Transformation

  • In Romans 12:2, it says, be not conformed to this world” In the King James Version, Be not conformed to this age. Be not conformed to the system, the arrangement of things. The transformation is only a myth and a mystery. You got to “let” to “be”, and to choose to be transformed by the renewing of your mind. And we understand that when it comes to the area of mind, that the only thing that changes mind is the Law.  Prophetic Principle: “Keeping the commandments causes you to know the commander”

Again by using scripture completely out of context they can appear to be Christian without having Christ.  There is nothing in either of these statements where Christ is mentioned.

Keeping the commandments causes us to know the commander, the question is what commander?  For there is no righteousness by trying to keep the law. These men are not saved or they would now something of their Bible.

  • Rom 10:3 For they being ignorant of God’s righteousness, and going about to establish their own righteousness, have not submitted themselves unto the righteousness of God.
  • Gal 2:21 I do not frustrate the grace of God: for if righteousness [come] by the law, then Christ is dead in vain.
  • Phl 3:9 And be found in him, not having mine own righteousness, which is of the law, but that which is through the faith of Christ, the righteousness which is of God by faith:

AS these people believe that they can create their own reality then they must believe that it is an easy thing to live by the commandments..  Sadly they can’t.   If they can’t then they do not know the true commander of men’s souls.  Inevitable hell is where these false prophets are going because they reject the truth for a lie.

IT WOULD BECOME CLEAR THAT MAN IS NOT JUST HIS OWN GOD BUT ALSO HIS OWN SAVIOUR.  SO FAITH IN GOD HAS VERY LITTLE TO DO WITH THIS RELIGION.

Like the WOF man becomes the central theme in his own salvation.  By saying Your thoughts are the creators of your world. It would become clear that man is not just his own god but also his own saviour.  So faith in God has very little to do with this religion.

Bernard Jordan in a video entitled 1 of 6: Mentoring and the Art of Spiritual Protocol Teaching – Master Prophet E. Bernard Jordan

Describes how Moses unable to pastor such a crowd of people was given the responsibility to anointing seventy members of the elders of Israel.  God would place the same spirit that was on Moses and anoint these seventy elders.  Now comes the twist

  • Num 11:25   And the LORD came down in a cloud, and spake unto him, and took of the spirit that [was] upon him, and gave [it] unto the seventy elders: and it came to pass, [that], when the spirit rested upon them, they prophesied, and did not cease.
  • Num 11:29   And Moses said unto him, Enviest thou for my sake? would God that all the LORD’S people were prophets, [and] that the LORD would put his spirit upon them!

The Spirit that was on Moses was the Holy Spirit.  However it was not Moses  own spirit  that these seventy elders received but the Holy Spirit.  Nor did these seventy elders begin to act and think like Moses.  Now in Bernard Jordan’s teaching he begins to teach his congregation.  The difference between receiving the Holy Spirit and the LEADERS SPIRIT.  “HE TALKS ABOUT THE TRANSFERENCE OF SPIRIT”  Like all good sales men there is always that subtle twisting of scripture.  For Jordan then says THE SPIRIT WAS GIVEN TO ASSIST MOSES AND NOT TO CHALLENGE HIM.  In this seminar he then tells the congregation to turn and ask the person next to them.  “DO YOU HAVE THE SPIRIT OF YOUR LEADER”

Notice he has immediately changed the sermon to get his congregation to look to Jordan as the leader.  Hence the name “Master prophet”   There is nothing in Jordan’s sermon that says look to Jesus as your leader.

  • Hbr 12:2 Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of [our] faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God.

Here comes the twist

Jordan says that God told Moses to select the seventy.  That is correct.  However Jordan twists this to mean that he will select his seventy.  However in the New Testament that has change.  The Bible says that the Holy Spirit is now the one who selects those who he considers for ministry.  Those he selects he will give gifts as he wills and as he empowers. (1 Cor 12)

Jordans continues:

  • Word of wisdom to a brother… you only like to be around people who is solving a problem in your life.. Notice the individuals you hang out with.. you only like to hang around with individuals solving a problem in your life… otherwise if you are not solving a problem in my life…otherwise if you are not solving a problem in my life…Then they are creating a problem in your life.  Everyone say with me.  I am either solving a problem in my local church or I am creating one Amen. You go to a lawyer because you want him to solve a problem… You enter a relationship because you want to solve a problem in your life… If it is not solving a problem it is creating a problem in your life…  (Moses and the seventy) Transference of spirit that was upon Moses went upon the seventy… and let me say this that the result was a spontaneous outburst of prophesy…they all began to prophesy….as an indication they had received spirit of LEADER….  Look to bottom of page 83 read  (lady reads from a book) When we receive the spirit of our mentor  leader, we are able to do what the leader does..to a degree.
  • Jordan goes on to say “When we receive the spirit of your mentor or the spirit of your leader, you are able to move in the strength of spirit of that leader…. Let me share something else we have had individuals in our local church that mimic everything that seem needed to be done…  They were like robots but they could not function without an order….. otherwise when you have the spirit of your leader you begin to think like them… you begin to make decisions like them.  When you have the spirit of your leader…When you have the spirit of you leader he does not need to tell….”

This is so twisted it is hard to know where to starts.  This is not Christianity in any disguise. This represent what you can call an oversize EGO .

To teach that is you are if not solving MY PROBLEMS YOU ARE CREATING ONE.  What a nerve.  This guy wants blind obedience to one man and Jesus did not come anywhere in this sermon.  In fact I don’t think the name of Jesus was even mentioned.  He subtly changes things from Gods spirit to the leaders spirit (Himself), otherwise he is taking the place of the Holy Spirit in the lives of his congregation.  He comes the prize cabbage “ Anyone who receive the spirit of your mentor, leader  (JORDAN) you are able to move in the strength of that leader (himself)  Where is the scripture to back that up.  There was no scripture given.    Now this means his congregation is then dependent on Jordan for spiritual transference guidance and such like and not the Holy Spirit.

We are to become like Christ and as such we look to Jesus.  It is the Holy Spirit we want not some transference from master Jordan.  If he gets his hands on you could land up with any vile spirit, but I can guarantee it will not be the Holy Spirit.

Like all mystics and con artist there is always a connection to money.

  • True wealth Jordan says is True wealth is a demonstration of the wisdom that resides within a mans mind.  If you are able to think, strategize and plan.  Your wealth will increase according to the proportion of your wisdom.  True wealth is not determined by the amount of money a man has in his hands, but is measured by his ability to create more substance….As we begin to understand the vast dimensions of wealth.  We realise that money is within. Money is a state of consciousness, for consciousness is the only currency, and currency is only consciousness

Otherwise according to this master prophet money is his god.  Exactly the same as WOF.  Except with Jordan he tries to couch his greed in some form of mystical cosmology.

Prophet Manasseh Jordan

Prophet Jordan is another one of Jordan’s disciples.  I can’t be sure if he is related to Bernard Jordan.

However This Jordan is known as the young prophet because he started at the tender age of 8.  This reminds me of another young prophet by the name of Marjoe. What makes this Jordan such an interesting specimen is that he has decided to take up where Benny Hinn has left behind?

Someone once said, Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery. If this is true, then Benny Hinn must be certainly be happy with his newest protégé.

In the May 11, 2010 YouTube video below titled, It’s Time to Spread The Gospel Around the World: Prophet Manasseh Jordan, Manasseh:

  • pushes people (like Benny Hinn).
•calls people out of the audience (like Benny Hinn).
•blows into his microphone (like Benny Hinn).
•slings an “anointed” coat over the audience (like Benny Hinn).
•stands on a chair in the audience (like Benny Hinn).
•speaks in “tongues” but has to use a foreign language interpreter during a service (like Benny Hinn).
•uses God’s name in a derogatory manner stating, “My God! I feel the anointing here!” (like Benny Hinn).
•conditions gullible people and deceives them into believing what he does is of God (like Benny Hinn).
•serves a counterfeit “Christ” the Apostle Paul warned about in 2 Corinthians 11:3-4.
  • And, like Benny Hinn, Manasseh Jordan does not have the Biblical gift of healing. His “god” forgot to “heal” people wearing eyeglasses.

  • 3 John 1:11 Beloved, follow not that which is evil, but that which is good. He that doeth good is of God: but he that doeth evil hath not seen God.

Remember what Bernard Jordan teaches.  If you have the transference of your leader spirit you will be able to do what you leader or mentor does.  So Manasseh Jordan is just mimicking what his mentor is doing.  Except this mentor is a false teacher, false prophet and down right all round scoundrel.    Now I have no doubt that the whole lot are demons possessed to the toenails.

Now those who have contributed to this new think and grow rich mentality.  Whose theology is absolutely New Age and Christ less in its content represent a new wave of apostasy that may eventually supersede the WOF teachers.  That is a pretty hard mantle to do, but I have no doubt they will be positive and try.
