I was recently introduced to this character on a Youtube video. Alan John Millar aka self-proclaimed Jesus Yeshua. Now Millar believes himself to be the reincarnation of Jesus, and his wife Mary Luck the reincarnation of Mary Magdalene. They are the leaders of a movement called THE DIVINE TRUTH, a movement that is seeking to sweep many into their mystic fold. The question is how does Millar compare with the Jesus of the Bible? In a time of discontentment with established  religion such messianic figures appear to be making great strides. Is there any possibility that this Jesus is indeed the Jesus of the Bible? Well let’s look at the facts.

Miller has boasted of travelling to the United Kingdom, Sweden, Greece and the USA and Heligfjall, northern Sweden in order to promote his message. He also claims to be a medium and channels a number of spirit conversations. His website contains numerous references to such talks.

All quotes come from the Divine Truth own website http://www.divinetruth.com/

Many spirits follow me around constantly waiting for an opportunity to talk to me. Some of these spirits wish to express their anger and rage towards me, some wish to find out why they are in a dark condition emotionally and spiritually, and some wish to help the furthering of Divine Truth on earth. Some are our friends from our past 2000 years of life whom we enjoy talking to…..

I have had literally 100’s of conversations with various spirits, and many of these conversations do not get recorded, as they happen in an ad-hoc manner, and I also only post them with the permission of the person doing the mediumship as well, and if they are relevant to more than just Mary’s or my own life…..

Miller has even been in touch with Plato and Aristotle. He has even helped Gandhi who needed some help from Miller to do with emotional Injuries, holiness and sexuality. There simply seems to be no end to the number of spirits cueing up to speak to Miller

When asked about miracles he states:

The truth is I did perform many miracles I healed sight of people who are blind and the so-called resurrections from the dead.”

If he had performed such miracles then people would have heard. It is also interesting that he used the words “I DID many miracles”, does that mean he has ceased to do all these miracles. It seems so, maybe he just forgot how to do them? It is interesting that he lays claims to have resurrected the dead. Notice the words he used “SO CALLED”. Well either he did or he did not, If he did then that would be a resurrection. So it would not have been a “so called” resurrection, Jesus made the statement I am the resurrection and the life, he did not add I am the so-called resurrection and the life. This is one Jesus (Miller) that does not really know who he really is. His use of words reveals his insecurities. Because he knows as we all do that this is NO Jesus

Mar 1: 24-25 Saying, Let [us] alone; what have we to do with thee, thou Jesus of Nazareth? art thou come to destroy us? I know thee who thou art, the Holy One of God. And Jesus rebuked him, saying, Hold thy peace, and come out of him.

Now it seems when Jesus met with people who were dominated by evil spirits he rebuked them, told them to hold their peace and delivered those who were held captive by these spirits. Miller on the other hand welcomes such spirits. Even inviting them to attend his conferences and openly admits to recording some of these conversations

Ahhh, his first contact with you, yes, he came because we invited a group of spirits to one……………..of our sessions in Australia About four and a half thousand spirits or so came, but, there was a group of spirits who came over the preceding day, one of them was this man Albert.

Jesus never invited spirits to join in with his daily talks; In fact the Bible makes it very clear that such interaction is forbidden. Why go to a spirit when one can go to the creator off all things.

The true Jesus makes it clear that there is no communication from the spirit world. Luke 16: 26-31

Isa 8: 19 And when they shall say unto you, Seek unto them that have familiar spirits, and unto wizards that peep, and that mutter: should not a people seek unto their God? for the living to the dead

1 Tim 4: 1 Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils;

Here is a few statements that Miller has made about himself :

Just before I remembered the full details of my life in the 1st century and in the spirit world…. I have written about the things I remember, and will be doing more of this as time goes on. I have also written about the Truth about reincarnation……….

Since my return to earth, I have also had to work through many emotions of despair, sadness, grief, guilt, frustration and loneliness, and, through this process I have come to understand human life much better than I did when I was on earth 2000 years ago……

So this Jesus claims he has a better understanding of life that the first century Jesus?. What does the Biblical Jesus have to say?

John 2: 24-25 But Jesus did not commit himself unto them, because he knew all [men], And needed not that any should testify of man: for he knew what was in man.

I think he had more than enough knowledge about what it’s all about. So Miller statement is false.

I recognized that the Messiah would be the same as any other person, with the exception that he or she would be the first person to enter into a condition of a true sonship with God, or at-onement with God through the reception of God’s Love into the soul, which would transform the soul. Once I discovered this process in the 1st century, I called it “becoming at-one with God” or “being Born Again!”…….

It is not important to us whether you believe we are Jesus and Mary, but it is important, should you wish to experience bliss and happiness, and gift of immortality that each child of God receives when they become at-one with God, to at least investigate, and consider experimenting with the teachings presented here………

Miller’s attitude is that if you don’t believe that he and his wife really are Jesus and Mary , that’s ok, but Investigate Consider and Experiment with what they are offering. The fact that such experiments are based upon their identities as Jesus and Mary does indeed have an important significance. For if they are frauds then what they have to teach must be seriously in doubt. As we have looked at Millers message it is predominantly anti scripture.  It should not be missed that Miller places himself at the centre of his teahings. For without his help who will find the secret to his entering in to at-onement with God.  An open contradiction on his part.

Gal 1: 7-9 Which is not another; but there be some that trouble you, and would pervert the gospel of Christ. But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed. As we said before, so say I now again, If any [man] preach any other gospel unto you than that ye have received, let him be accursed.

Paul makes it clear if there is another gospel, even if it is claimed to have come by the hand of some angel then it’s under the anathema of God. Now has Jesus ever said “Ok you don’t believe I AM but just carry on with what I have taught you”. No, he makes it clear If you love him follow him. Unless his disciples were clear about who he was they could not follow him. Jesus places his credentials before his disciples so there is no doubt and if there is no doubt about the man then there is no doubt about his message,

REINCARNATION INSTEAD OF RESURECTION: Who needs a resurrection if life is a continual progression or evolution towards being one with God? AT-ONEMENT INSTEAD OF ATONMENT: Miller rejects any concept that one creature can atone for another. Yet the whole of Gods word is written and lays down principle upon principle on why there had to be atonement. Being BORN AGAIN is nothing more than being ONE WITH GOD. Man at the end becomes his own god. As the old song goes all we need is love, for Miller the hook that pulls people is to get in touch with love. People are easy persuaded by a feel good message of peace and tranquilly. It becomes what the Bible calls Lovers of pleasures rather than a lover of God. It’s the SELF doctrine. What makes me happy and content? What “I” choose to believe in. What makes “me “comfortable? The focus becomes self. The means upon which “I” can work towards my evolution of becoming one with god.

What makes Millers Gospel so dangerous is that it promises a second change to life that the Bible makes clear does not exist. Who wants to come back to have another go at this life.  But also if reincarnation is true then there is no judgement to fear.  If there is a hell as one of Millers conversation takes him, then Miller is on hand to show how a soul can escape such imprisonment.  So he then becomes a saviour not just in this life but also in the spirit world.  Through his secret knowledge (Gnosis) one may cut through this endless cycle of death and birth to achieve full At-onement with God.

The web site offers up set prayers that people can use and this one is to the Mother goddess

My Mother, Who is in Heaven , I recognise that You are All Holy and Loving and Merciful, and that I am Your child, and not the subservient, sinful, and depraved creature that false teachers would have me believe. I know that I am the greatest of Your creations, and the most wonderful of all Your Handiworks, and the object of Your Great Soul’s Love and Tenderest Care. I know that Your Will is that I become at-one with You and partake of Your Great Love which You have bestowed upon me through Your Mercy and Desire that I become, in truth, Your child through Love, and not through the sacrifice and death of any of Your Creatures.

I just can’t help be reminded what Jesus prayed when asked by his disciples on how to pray. His words were “our Father which is in heaven”, there is no mention of praying to anyone else let alone some DIVINE MOTHER.. Yet we see Miller offering up what even Jesus himself never did. However the Bible has this to say about this so-called DIVINE MOTHER.

Jer 44: 19 And when we burned incense to the queen of heaven, and poured out drink offerings unto her, did we make her cakes to worship her, and pour out drink offerings unto her, without our men?

Jer 44: 23 Because ye have burned incense, and because ye have sinned against the LORD, and have not obeyed the voice of the LORD, nor walked in his law, nor in his statutes, nor in his testimonies; therefore this evil is happened unto you, as at this day.

The Bible makes it clear that offering our prayers to some divine mother is a sin. Miller seems to be lacking this bit of knowledge as well.

Miller also rejects the need for a sacrifice to atone for sin, despite the fact that the Bible is full of instances where God commands it. To believe that anyone who opposes his view is a false prophet should make anyone question “is he wiser than even God”.

The prayer to this DIVINE MOTHER also boasts of a pride that has the one praying boasting that he is the greatest of Gods creations.   Hmm where do we have that bit of boasting coming from?

Is 14: 14 I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will be like the most High.

Satan desire was to exalt himself and become like God, and yet what do we see the example of the true Jesus?

Phil 3: 8 And being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross.

Miller may be pushing for exaltation but the true Jesus took the place of humbling himself.

Phil 2: 5 Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus:

So even here the whole idea of boasting does not exist. Miller may claim to having some convenient memories of Jesus, but he is definitely no Jesus.

Reincarnation is a common belief of pagan religions such as Druidism, Spiritism, Theosophy, and Eckankar and is found in many tribal societies around the world, in places such as Siberia, West Africa, North America, and Australia. In a 1981 Survey in Europe 31% of regular churchgoing Catholics expressed a belief in reincarnation. Geddes MacGregor, an Episcopalian priest who is Emeritus Distinguished Professor of Philosophy at the University of Southern California, Fellow of the Royal Society of Literature, a recipient of the California Literature Award (Gold Medal, non-fiction category), and the first holder of the Rufus Jones Chair in Philosophy and Religion at Bryn Mawr, demonstrates in his book Reincarnation in Christianity: A New Vision of the Role of Rebirth in Christian Thought, that Christian doctrine and reincarnation are not mutually exclusive belief systems. Reincarnation is an intrinsic part of many Native American and Inuit traditions.

The idea of reincarnation is accepted by a few Muslim sects, particularly of the (Ghulat), and by other sects in the Muslim world such as Druzes. Historically, South Asian Isma’ilis performed chantas yearly, one of which is for sins committed in past lives. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Reincarnation

So is it any wonder that Millers gospel is so appealing to so many. Why he is winning converts among the local Australians.

The fact that the Bible makes it clear that Jesus was indeed both God and man is basic to the scriptures, but then you cannot have a God being reincarnated again and again. That just would not fit comfortably with the topic of reincarnation. God cannot evolve and yet within reincarnation is the belief that a person is on a journey of evolving and by following Millers guidance, one can finally enter into the realisation of being son of God. So for Miller to believe that he is Jesus he would have to dispence with the fact that Jesus was also fully God. Therefore there has also to be the rejection of Jesus deity.

Ecc 3: 20- 21 All go unto one place; all are of the dust, and all turn to dust again. Who knoweth the spirit of man that goeth upward, and the spirit of the beast that goeth downward to the earth

Whilst the Body may return to the ground the spirit of man goes upward . It does not use the term reborn or even reincarnated into another body.

Heb 9: 27-28 And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment So Christ was once offered to bear the sins of many; and unto them that look for him shall he appear the second time without sin unto salvation.

When Jesus told of the parable of Lazarus and the rich man we have this account.

Luke 16: 26-31 And beside all this, between us and you there is a great gulf fixed: so that they which would pass from hence to you cannot; neither can they pass to us, that [would come] from thence. Then he said, I pray thee therefore, father, that thou wouldest send him to my father’s house: Abraham saith unto him, They have Moses and the prophets; let them hear them. And he said, Nay, father Abraham: but if one went unto them from the dead, they will repent. And he said unto him, If they hear not Moses and the prophets, neither will they be persuaded, though one rose from the dead.

If all they were unwilling to hear from the writtings of Moses and the prophets, then there was no chance of having someone come along and tell them. Lazarus was clearly not going to be reborn to even tell the man brothers about the rich man. Personnaly I doubt if Lazarus even wanted to come back. It looks to me that he was enjoying the place he was now in.

1 Pet 3: 19-20 By which also he went and preached unto the spirits in prison; Which sometime were disobedient, when once the longsuffering of God waited in the days of Noah, while the ark was a preparing, wherein few, that is, eight souls were saved by water

These spirits were those who were imprisoned in Noah’s day. They are still there thousands of years later. No reincarnation for them.

Otherwise there is no coming back and no communication with the dead, yet for Miller like all reincarnation beliefs it a matter of a journey that leads to nirvana or bliss. Miller believes that he has found the secret in how to achieve the goal. Naturally the sinfulness of man simply does not come into it. The Bible however again disagrees with Miller on this subject.

Rev 19: 20 And the beast was taken, and with him the false prophet that wrought miracles before him, with which he deceived them that had received the mark of the beast, and them that worshipped his image. These both were cast alive into a lake of fire burning with brimstone.

These two got themselves thrown into the lake of fire. Yet after a thousand years what do we find?

Rev 20: 10 And the devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet [are], and shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever

These two despicable characters are still there. No reincarnation for them either. So there is no evidence that any reincarnation happens

Rev 20: 5 But the rest of the dead lived not again until the thousand years were finished. This [is] the first resurrection.

If this lot did not live again for a thousand years until the final judgement then there was no reincarnation for them either. They stayed dead.

The worst part of the whole theory of the reincarnation is the cycle of endless death and rebirth. Having finished one journey one is thrust into another. Who is to say that the next life will be far worse than the previous?  Sounds more like hell to me!!!

Is 64: 6 But we are all as an unclean [thing], and all our righteousnesses [are] as filthy rags; and we all do fade as a leaf; and our iniquities, like the wind, have taken us away.

Rom 3: 23 For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;

Miller claims that anyone who preaches that man is sinful is a false prophet, and yet as we can see from just two verses that man is indeed a sinful creature

I thing God knows a bit more than Miller does. So Miller statement is false.

Atonement rather than at-onement

“Your child through Love, and not through the sacrifice and death of any of Your Creatures.”

Miller rejects the cross but does the Biblical Jesus agree with this?

Luk 22: 20 Likewise also the cup after supper, saying, This cup [is] the new testament in my blood, which is shed for you.

Mar 9: 31 For he taught his disciples, and said unto them, The Son of man is delivered into the hands of men, and they shall kill him; and after that he is killed, he shall rise the third day

Now if Jesus was resurrected and now stands at the right hand of God, then he did not die to even be reincarnated. It does not matter what memories Miller thinks he has, they are not from Jesus.

Mar 16: 19 So then after the Lord had spoken unto them, he was received up into heaven, and sat on the right hand of God.

Prophesy of Isaiah 53 says he was offered up for the sins of others. This was fulfilled as it was stated. It seems that the Jesus of the Bible knows a bit more than Miller does. So Miller statement is false.

Col 3: 1 If ye then be risen with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ sitteth on the right hand of God

Rev 5: 13 And every creature which is in heaven, and on the earth, and under the earth, and such as are in the sea, and all that are in them, heard I saying, Blessing, and honour, and glory, and power, [be] unto him that sitteth upon the throne, and unto the Lamb for ever and ever.

Acts1 :11 Which also said, Ye men of Galilee, why stand ye gazing up into heaven? this same Jesus, which is taken up from you into heaven, shall so come in like manner as ye have seen him go into heaven.

So we even know how Jesus would return, the same way as he went up to heaven. So reincarnation is out. Unless Miller can show that he descended physically upon the earth as stated by the Bible, which would mean he would not have a father or mother in this life. Yet we know who his parents are. So Miller statement is false.

Will Miller one day die? Like all reincarnation teachings it is based upon the principles of evolving from one life to another through the process of death birth and eventual decay.

The Bible makes it clear that Jesus who was not made after the carnal law lives forever after the power of an endless life. Otherwise he will never die. He remains a priest after the order of Melchisedec because he does not die or grow old. But continually stands to intercedes on behalf of his people.

Heb 7: 16 -17 Who is made, not after the law of a carnal commandment, but after the power of an endless life, For he testifieth, Thou [art] a priest for ever after the order of Melchisedec.

If JESUS did not die then he cannot be reincarnated, and that makes whatever Miller had to say false

Luk 21: 8 And he said, Take heed that ye be not deceived: for many shall come in my name, saying, I am [Christ]; and the time draweth near: go ye not therefore after them.

Mat 24: 24 For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if [it were] possible, they shall deceive the very elect.

Mat 24: 26 Wherefore if they shall say unto you, Behold, he is in the desert; go not forth: behold, [he is] in the secret chambers; believe [it] not.

It would seem very strange if reincarnation was ever a fact why would Jesus makes it very clear that if someone comes along claiming to be Jesus >>>> WE ARE NOT TO BELIEVE IT>>> Jesus calls these people FALSE CHRISTS, FALSE PROPHETS. Is it by any coincidence that Miller like many cultic leaders always build in secluded places?
