Glorify God in Your Body, Cover up Thy Nakedness

For bodily exercise profiteth little: but godliness is profitable unto all things, having promise of the life that now is, and of that which is to come. (1 Tim 4:8)

What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own? For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God’s. (1 Co 6:19)

Some people use the phrase your body is the temple……….and leave out the rest of the entire verse, not to mention the rest of the chapter. Christ never said to worship the body! Take care of it yes, but not glorify the body; people (men and women and even boys and girls) are obsessed with trying to preserve these earthly bodies and glorifying themselves in exercise, tanning, modeling, makeup fanatics (men it would be cologne and other fixations), fashion, form fitting clothing, (or too loose), bikinis, skirts instead of long dresses, short shorts, too much skin showing, slit (skirts and dresses, slit anywhere! side, back, front), shirts/blouses revealing midriffs, one piece bathing suits, sleeveless blouses (get jumpers instead), v-neck dresses/shirts, loose fitting pants, short (skirts, dress, shorts), tight (t-shirts, skirts, blouses, shorts, one piece bathing suits), logos at chest level, see through clothing, unChristlike logos, slogans, white teeth formula, disdain for eye glass wearers, as well as diet and organic food obsessed and abstaining from meats as well.

I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service. And BE NOT CONFORMED TO THIS WORLD: but BE YE TRANSFORMED by the RENEWING OF YOUR MIND, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God. (Rom 12:1-2)

COVER THY NAKEDNESS!
I’m going to address an area that is gravely neglected today and just accepted.
Immodest dress and responsibility
1Ti 2:9
In like manner also, that women adorn themselves in MODEST APPAREL ((1) a lowering, letting down 2) a garment let down, dress, attire.), with SHAMEFACEDNESS (a sense of shame or honour, modesty, bashfulness, reverence, regard for others, respect, awe to God.)
and SOBRIETY (1) soundness of mind 2) self-control, sobriety, soberness)
; NOT with broided hair, or gold, or pearls, or COSTLY (1) precious
1a) requiring very great outlay, very costly, 1b) excellent, of surpassing value ) array; But (which becometh women professing GODLINESS) with good works. (THIS MODESTY APPLIES TO MEN ALSO, and also internet photos and profile pictures as well (keep the kissing and immodest dress shots between you and your wife!, that includes men and women’s chest’s, legs, flirting, etc, COVER UP!))

Whose adorning let it not be that outward adorning of plaiting the hair, and of wearing of gold, or of putting on of apparel; (1 Pe 3:3)

But let it be the hidden man of the heart, in that which is not corruptible, even the ornament of a meek and quiet spirit, which is in the sight of God of great price. (1Pe 3:4)

For after this manner in the old time the HOLY women also, who trusted in God, adorned themselves, being in subjection unto their own husbands: (1Pe 3:5)

For do I now persuade men, or God? or do I seek to please men? for if I yet pleased men, I should not be the servant of Christ. (Gal 1:10)

Prove all things; hold fast that which is good. ABSTAIN FROM ALL APPEARANCE OF EVIL. (1 Th 5:21)

Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. (Jas 4:7)

Should we remove the responsibility off of whoever is the one causing the stumbling block (Christian man or Christian woman) to cause others to fall, and to simply put the onus on the other person to just divert their eyes (set no wicked thing before mine eyes, make covenant with eyes
I will set NO WICKED THING BEFORE MINE EYES: I hate the work of them that turn aside; it shall not cleave to me. (Ps 101:3)
I made a COVENANT WITH MINE EYES; why then should I think upon a maid? (Job 31:1)
Therefore to him that knoweth to do good, and doeth it not, to him it is sin.(Jas 7:17))
how well would that go in a volleyball game with immodestly dressed people? hence why I stopped playing and participating in many sports and activities where so called Christians dressed immodestly, and perhaps thankfully due to an injury I cannot participate in any sports anyway; also, there are ways of playing sports modestly dressed, but aren’t there more important things in life like winning souls?

If these were not Christians causing the offense I would say yes it is the Christian’s responsibility to first not go near temptation (do Christian’s really need to go to a public gym, pool parties, saunas, shower rooms, the beach area that is populated with sinners immodestly dressed? (in 2006 God convicted me of going to beaches of immodestly dressed people and recently to cover up, and beaches in general no more!, MAYBE to call those people to repentance that’s about it.), etc) and second to avoid it, but if they are a Christian – COVER UP! and if they refuse to repent, then don’t participate in the activity with that possible false convert/sleepy Christian (anyone who walks disorderly, etc; yes that includes in the churches also, worship team rehearsals, leadership are not exempt either. At the ungodly church City Church in Ottawa (mentioned in the exhortation this exhortation is excerpted from) the worship leader at the time (she is wife of the hireling/wolf that left) during rehearsals wore short shorts that said HOT STUFF or something similar, as did other women that wanted to bring attention to themselves by their clothes (others it was form fitting clothes) rather than their righteousness (if any were truly Christians to begin with) just like the world do, my spirit was grieved; this goes on every day in so called Christian churches. Again, another cry might be, but its so hot out!, no excuse, they make breathable, quick dry, and sweat repellent material now, or bring a few t-shirts (when your socks get wet, you replace them, do the same with t-shirts) or get ones like I suggested, they work great – the less skin exposed the better.

One place I was working at I found out the guy went to Barry Boucher’s actual church Life Centre and I asked this guy if he wanted to do bible study with me some time, he responded, oh no I don’t do that, um you claim to be a Christian and go to a church, yet you don’t want to study the bible?, so why do you go to church then? He responds ‘For the hot girls!’. One of the other girls that I worked with attended the same church as this guy and just because it was sales and seduction sells, she dressed seductively and wore very expensive clothing (I guess she was one of the hot girls he went to the church for?; I know the guy wasn’t saved, not sure about the woman I didn’t get an opportunity to ask her some very pointed questions about her salvation (she was definitely immature though, married and flirted with other men). See ladies?? the predators notice you and you give wrong impression of what the local church is there for its not a dating zone, or a social club. Barry Boucher’s churches aren’t of Christ anyway, but that isn’t the point, nor am I ignoring the Christian woman or man’s responsibility not to give in to lust, nor am I saying a naturally beautiful woman should purposely make herself unattractive, but they should not purposely draw attention to themselves)….I’m not the bible, I just posted what the bible says in the verses above. Just because the world wants to enjoy all that Satan has to offer TO PLEASE THEIR FLESH AND CARNALITY, the Christian is of a different nature, a holy nature, and not like the world. I know many Christian women who cover themselves up (both in and out of the water, in the water or even the beach – not in bikinis, but full body bathing suits, and for guys there are wet suits out there $80 CDN reg, on sale for $30 CDN (I just saw them the other day at Canadian Tire – so no excuse!!, they aren’t only for water skiing), but many would not want to do that out of fear of man, reputation, ridicule and even wanting to be seen by others). Its called living righteously. Also I don’t go swimming, I can’t, why would I invite temptation anyway though if I can avoid it? (also, why should only the Christian women have to cover up?).
Part of the problem is many who call themselves Christian (both at leadership levels and in general) look at the false converts who have a cover of Christianity instead of looking to the God of the bible as their guide, and you end up with the blind following the blind.

Who knowing the judgment of God, that they which commit such things are worthy of death, not only do the same, but have pleasure in them that do them. (oh the subtle deception! serving Satan while thinking one is serving God) (Rom 1:32)

There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it. (1 Co 10:13)

Blessed is the man that endureth temptation: for when he is tried, he shall receive the crown of life, which the Lord hath promised to them that love him. (Jas 1:12)

CHILDREN, TEENAGERS, – Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it. (Pr 22:6)
parents how are you raising your children and what are you raising them on???
One comment I received by James Sommerville and he is right “children clothes that look like teeny boppers. Children’s clothes are far too much like teenagers’ clothes with a variety of saucy and inappropriate logos on them, Whilst the designs themselves were made to make children look older than they were. Even teenage clothing with far too revealing hem lines, and tight stream lines. The pressure on girls to make themselves look like the models that walk on our fashion catwalks has produced any number of sad stories of anorexia. Our Children from the moment they become conscious of their bodies are under extreme pressure in what they dress and to conform to the standards of this world. Girls especially are more susceptible than boys. But both I believe have been exploited.

The clothing industry markets itself as the social consciousness of what we should or should not be wearing. What they believe is not necessarily the right thing to wear. As Christians more than most should be aware that our children are not there to be exploited. The latest fashions may be the latest, they may be tomorrow’s fashion accessory, but I have no attention of making my child look
like a tart.”

VEGETARIANISM reproof straight out of the bible!

Forbidding to marry, and commanding to abstain from meats, which God hath created to be received with thanksgiving of them which believe and know the truth. (1 Tim 4:3)

organic pills trap – ever notice how much those things are? I got caught in this trap in 2005, $600 per month (as soon as I stopped taking the stuff, the stuff it was supposed to have cured was still there); this isn’t to say I didn’t learn some things about proper eating though and reading labels with discernment.

God’s Word hasn’t changed, and He warns what it will be like in the last days – and one of those things is abstaining from meats (commonly known as vegetarianism).

its unhealthy to only eat herbs and fruits and God also doesn’t condone it.
the money one spends on keeping their body (God’s temple) looking perfect and feeling perfect could be used elsewhere – like spreading the gospel and taking care of one’s family, etc.
however if you can and want to eat organic without it costing much then by all means go for it.

you can grow your own vegetables, can and jar and freeze fruits and vegetables as well,
many meats are not processed or salted at all (unless one gets breaded or seasoned, etc.), also many things use alternatives such as sea salt in them which is good for you, or others use lemon or grapes instead of sugar, but sugar itself is not bad for you either.

As a Christian, God convicted me of paranoia, so now I just pray God’s blessing over my food that I buy from the store (and I carefully read the labels and once in a while I might get one or two things that are not great for my body, like chips or muffins store bought, I usually buy plain chips and use my own seasoning on them) and I concentrate on more important things like knowing His Word and spreading the gospel and discipling others.

Tongues – your experience, thoughts, – fake it, work it up, can it be taught, demon possessed?

The Question asked to me was about tongues –

 hey i wanted to ask you about speaking in tongues ….i know the bible definition but i was wondering as someone who was in the movement if you could tell me your experiences with it….i believe there are four different ways people speak with “toungs”….i believe that some people fake it because they want people to believe that they are “filled with the spirit”…some people work themselves up to it and its a mixture between psychosomatic hypnosis mixed with deliberate noises and i believe that some are actually taken over and sometimes actually speak other languages that are pretty much unheard of anymore and blaspheme God without realizing it…and others simply are taught how to by other people in the movement….i went to a pentecostal church when i was younger and at one point prayed for the “gift” while watching rod Parsley on tv…i was told to call and someone would help me “receive the gift”…the phone was busy and that was the end of that…just curious about your thoughts on the subject….feel free to post for discussion if you wish…thanks.

 just going to highlight the points you made so we can see them openly and understand clearly what you are asking me/for discussion to others that may contribute – very good question by the way and I’ve encountered them all.

 fake it – part of the crowd or think its a sign of maturity and or saved, and or power and/or quite possibly re:Jud 1:20 But ye, beloved, building up yourselves on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Ghost,

 working it up – not sure what you mean by ‘psychosomatic’ hypnosis and mixed with deliberate noises (think by this you mean just the gibberish stuff to try to mimic what they think might be real and the hypnosis is self-induced? (like someone believing they are somewhere else, yet they never left from where they are – ie: deluded?))

 taken over and occult languages spoken – taken over by devils you mean? (you did say unheard of, but you also said blaspheme so my only guess is its occult, because even if it were languages in the past as long as it glorified God it would be ok, however it would not benefit anyone in the assembly obviously)

 not sure what and how you mean by – others are simply taught it by others in the movement (only thing I could see one teaching would be a second language already in existence such as spanish, french, russian, etc…….. however the particular gift to give praises to God in open assembly and to require another with interpretation of tongues that would have to come directly from God Himself; and whatever is being said would also have to line up with the condition of the church, the times, etc, – not some junk – like God is pleased with you, when the church is not even saved and has idols all over the place and the pastor is sleeping around with the worship leader (that is not his wife), etc……and other things like that I knew years later after things were uncovered – those tongues were fake – just a ploy to excite the listeners to listen more intently to the false teacher/fleecer)

 Rod Parsley – he is completely Word of Faith – has his own bible school……..he could care less about anyone……scary videos exposing him as well.

 they couldn’t get you to receive anything from the bible anyway – plus that is not how you receive gifts from God anyway – the Holy Spirit distributes them at will to Christians – same with gift of teacher, pastor, hospitality, etc.

 ok let me know what you are asking me, I know its a tough subject and it includes many elements such as flesh, devil, God, unsaved, emotions, etc.

 *my comment: sadly I was taught something similar as well – you can do it just try it, I’ll start speaking and your spirit should resonate with mine and speak its own words………..its not working I told the man……..we’ve prayed about, asked God for it and God won’t give you a scorpion so just keep asking Him for it until you receive it, all gifts are available to all believers you just have to ask (this is not true by the way, Holy Spirit gives as HE wills, not as we will)……..a week or so later I was doing the laundry at home and just started speaking in nothing even remotely close to what I heard in church – is it tongues I don’t know (I was in a false church so I’m wary of anything I received while attending there, even if I did receive outside of the church), it feels like it comes from deep within me like from a deep well – also sometimes it was like I felt like I could do anything while speaking this unknown language, sometimes it would even wake me up if I was weary………….many times however I used it as substitute for talking to God in english during prayer times……….I know I’m not devil possessed though and I know I still have it, and I know what is coming out of my mouth is unique to anything I have heard others who supposedly have the gift – I have never understood what i was saying though and to me that is a concern, so I do not speak in tongues anymore – even if it might possibly do something for me – the only thing I saw it doing for me – was lifting me up in pride and it was a distraction, – some also believe to pray in this unknown language while studying the bible is asking God for wisdom and then you either receive the wisdom in the passage or the other thing commonly taught as well is you speak in this language and then you are given the words to speak at the pulpit (if one is the preacher that is) re: prophetic word etc (this of course as you have seen is the prophetic movement heresy and the words they receive are not from God since 100% of it does not line up with God’s Word (KJV)), the pastors I also noticed would work themselves into a frenzy with this tongues just before they were to be prayed over before going out of the prayer room to give the sermon – they would stomp around the room speaking in this language for almost 30 mins – all this they felt was necessary to get their hearts right with God (of course its all a show, however they should have been repenting instead to God for all the fleecing they were doing to the congregation – so its all a show to them to try to fool the goats and try to fool the sheep if any there)*

 do you believe God still gives people the gift of tongues (the kind where you never learned the language..but its a supernatural gift)?

 did you ever speak with tongues (modern day )?

 do you believe any of the modern-day tongues in churches are real languages….kinda same ? as #1

 were you ever slain in the spirit..if so im interested in your description of it…like went along with it….actually were slain …etc?

 *my comment: now your asking something else, but still related to the occult side of things anyway since Satan can contefeit anything – ok slain in the spirit (no where in scripture except for judgment – re: falling backwards) – the very first time – I was told to not fight it, just go along with it, – this of course is hypnosis and persuasion – and since I didn’t want to feel left out – I let the guy push me backwards and was caught by a catcher, other times I would be already hyped up by the music and the message (come get your anointing, healing, etc) and frenzy I just went down……sometimes I would go unconscious for hours (what kept me asleep all that time?), other times nothing, other times even on the floor I would try to act like the others to be part of the crowd, other times while unconscious I had ‘revelations’ (none of which were of God, so its obvious where they came from) – the interesting thing I noticed during my 3 years at this church and others like it during those 3 years – evil FRUIT – NO CHANGED LIVES – all entertainment – very often drunkenness – no temperance – Myself I was mildly influenced, more so to try to fit in and could not figure out why I had to try so hard to be affected as everyone else was (I am thankful God actually had me learning from righteous men such as Spurgeon and Bunyan and the bible (KJV) itself and eventually out of the charismania ) – only 1 or 2 actually even saved out of 10’s of 1000s that were members or attendees of these churches – I’m of course referring to the charismania movement and the Pentecostals*

 if you spoke in tongues… which category did you fit into and what was it like the first and last time you did it?

 * my comment: now I would say as Paul said – I would rather speak 5 words (Paul said in church, but for me I don’t speak it anywhere, even at home, and I don’t feel less saved or less spiritual or less understanding of God’s Word – one only needs to look at my notes and judge it (according to God’s Word (KJV) that is)

 Richard Paquette: the reason I wanted to clarify things first, is because I know when I open this up for discussion I’m going to have to be prepared for all the wackos out there in the charismania and deliverance (bind this, loose that, Christian’s demon possessed etc heresy).

 it is a very good question and has to be handled with much wisdom……….. very sad you see novices post meat questions on their facebook pages and then get eaten up by the wolves of the WOF and prophetic movement, etc.

From my remembrance I was never taught this. In so far it was never repeat after me…baba black sheep. I have heard of some pastors do this. I did not work it up or get into a frenzy. I remembered I was prayed for and I started to speak in tongues. However the whole debate about genuineness was not really an issue then. But it did become one later.

 Taken over? No I could speak or not depending on what was happening. The choice was mine. There was never another voice speaking through me.

 Many of those who did speak a language I would begin to cringe at because they not only sounded silly but people would oooh and aaah at what was spoken. Tongues began to be elevated when in reality tongues was never that important. They also began to be a source of pride and arrogance. Look at me sort of thing. I would rather talk to God in a language I can understand rather than a language for all I know is gibberish. Tongues became a sign of superiority and maturity when in reality when you looked at people lives they did not show either superiority or maturity.

The fact that these same people who lived in this holy Spirit existence so called were the first to get gaught up in false teaching. They jumped ship quicker than the titanic floated. While Bible based Christians who had no interest in tongues but held to what the Bible taught showed far more stability, maturity, knowledge and understanding than the crazies who would rock the church, but followed whatever teaching and false prophet just happened to walk by.

 Yes many do fake it because the pressure to manifest tongues became crazy. People who could not speak in tongues became to be regarded as either second class Christians or not Christians at all. Which was totally foolish. The perception was that unless you could speak in tongues you were or did not have the Holy Spirit. Also foolish. While many of these things were not audible taught. people did come away with these ideas. Because of this Pride became a major error within Pentecostalism/ charismatic movements. Still does to this day.

The False Christ’s church and the invisible chains

Some scriptures used to manipulate the flock (some might be sheep or goats) into staying in an unholy house and to try to lure born-again believers into the devil’s house (I’m not referring only to the main stream cults obvious to not be in, but all ungodly houses that have a form of godliness, but deny the power thereof and even carry the Christian titles).

2 Cor 11:13-15.

Lets look at a few commonly used to attempt to maintain control:

1. GOD IS IN CONTROL

God is bigger than: denominations, divisions, and different doctrines.
They are absolutely right, God is bigger than those things – in fact His Word is the only truth and He commands us in Jude 1:3 to earnestly contend for the faith, in Rev 18:4 to come out of her, in Rom 16:17 to mark and avoid, in Gal 1:8 (1-12) to accurse (excommunicate if possible) and 2 Tim 3:16,17.

UNITY, DIVISIONS
Rom 16:17
Now I beseech you, brethren, MARK THEM which cause DIVISIONS and OFFENCES CONTRARY to the DOCTRINE which ye have learned; and AVOID them.

Eph 4:14
That we henceforth be no more children, tossed to and fro, and CARRIED ABOUT WITH EVERY WIND OF DOCTRINE, by the sleight of men (these false churches OR individual tares/false Christs/apostles/prophets/teachers), and CUNNING CRAFTINESS, whereby THEY LIE IN WAIT TO DECEIVE;

Jud 1:3
Beloved, when I gave all diligence to write unto you of the common salvation, it was needful for me to write unto you, and exhort you that ye should EARNESTLY CONTEND FOR THE FAITH which was once delivered unto the saints.
Jud 1:4
For there are certain men CREPT IN UNAWARES, who were before of old ordained to this condemnation, UNGODLY, TURNING THE GRACE OF OUR GOD INTO LASCIVIOUSNESS, and denying the only Lord God, and our Lord Jesus Christ.

1Ti 4:1
Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith (pretenders, false converts, goats, tares), giving heed to SEDUCING SPIRITS, and DOCTRINES OF DEVILS; Speaking lies in HYPOCRISY; having their CONSCIENCE SEARED with a hot iron;

so we learn a lot of things here – unity at any cost? is that what Rom 16:17 says? no, this verse is speaking about these false Christ’s churches and the tares, notice it says CONTRARY to the sound doctrine of the bible (it does not say contrary to the doctrine of Satan, which is turning the grace of God into lasciviousness), we are warned about many different doctrines (doctrines of devils and seducing spirits – demonically influenced) by the sleight of men who are ungodly, hypocrites, seared conscience, cunning, crafty and they are just waiting to deceive you. Notice it also says they were UNINVITED (crept in unaware; the lost are evangelized and then if they become born again, God draws them to His Church rather than the local church or fellowship casting pearls before swine, in other words a true shepherd is not supposed to invite wolves or let goats in). We are also told to MARK and AVOID (that isn’t to say we are not to reprove, rebuke, correct, etc 2 Tim 3:16, 17). Notice also we are told to EARNESTLY CONTEND.

here is God’s final word on the matter as spoken through the Apostle Paul

I marvel that ye are so soon removed from him that called you into the grace of Christ unto another gospel: Which is not another; but there be some that trouble you, and would PERVERT the gospel of Christ. But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed.
(Gal 1:6-8)

a severe warning to offenders
And said, Verily I say unto you, Except ye be converted, and become as little children, ye shall not enter into the kingdom of heaven. Whosoever therefore shall HUMBLE himself as this little child, the same is greatest in the kingdom of heaven. And whoso shall receive one such little child in my name receiveth me. But whoso shall offend one of these little ones WHICH BELIEVE IN ME, it were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and that he were DROWNED IN THE DEPTH OF THE SEA. Woe unto the world because of offences! for it must needs be that offences come; but WOE TO THAT MAN BY WHOM THE OFFENCE COMETH!
(Mat 18:3-7)

2. ASSEMBLIING

Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together (Heb 10:19,25, Matt 18:20, 1 Co 11:20).
Who is ourselves? Paul tells us a few verses before – born-again believers (Mark 3:31-35).
Think about that next time an ungodly minister, or anyone deceived tries to lie to you. God does not want born-again believers to be assembling at the devil’s house (this could be a building or other meeting place). You don’t need the devil’s permission to leave his house re: blessing and releasing. Finally as an aside, notice the rest of Heb 10:25 says “but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching.”

2Ti 3:13
But evil men and SEDUCERS shall wax worse and worse, DECEIVED AND BEING DECEIVED.

“For if a man think himself to be something, when he is nothing, he deceiveth himself. But let every man prove his own work, and then shall he have rejoicing in himself alone, and not in another. For every man shall bear his own burden.” (Galatians 6:3-5).

Eph 5:11 And have NO FELLOWSHIP with the UNFRUITFUL WORKS OF DARKNESS, but rather REPROVE them.

1Co 10:21
Ye cannot drink the cup of the Lord, and the cup of devils: ye cannot be partakers of the Lord’s table, and of the table of devils.

3. COVERING

You will lose it if you leave us, and the devil will eat you alive.
First of all Christ is the believer’s covering (Psalm 91) (if the person is truly saved and born again), of course prayers of men of God help also (notice I said men of God), and secondly you don’t want the deceitful covering of the devil, in fact you are under a curse if you remain in that house (Rev 18:4) and thirdly they must rule well (lead (edify (FEED REAL WORD OF GOD), practical needs met,reprove, correct, rebuke, Godly church discipline, protect the saints from the hirelings and wolves, not inviting them in to feast on the saints!) to be an elder, bishop etc (1 Tim 3; 5:17; Titus 1, Heb 13:17, 1 Pet 5:2-3).

Rev 18:4
And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, COME OUT OF HER, my people, that ye BE NOT PARTAKER OF HER SINS, and that ye RECEIVE NOT HER PLAGUES.

Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and WHAT COMMUNION HATH LIGHT WITH DARKNESS? And what concord hath Christ with Belial? or what part hath he that believeth with an infidel? And what agreement hath the temple of God with idols? for ye are the temple of the living God; as God hath said, I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people. Wherefore COME OUT FROM AMONG THEM, AND BE YE SEPERATE, saith the Lord, and TOUCH NOT THE UNCLEAN THING; and I will receive you, And will be a Father unto you, and ye shall be my sons and daughters, saith the Lord Almighty.
(2Co 6:14-18)

Many don’t even consider the house of fellowship they enter might be of the devil and they assume just because it has a Christian tag on it, that makes it acceptable – foolishness!

4. CHURCH DISCIPLINE

You need to be in a church so you can be reproved, rebuked, thrown out, etc….I can agree about church growth in a righteous house by righteous ministers (Eph 4 and verses above and others), but you don’t want to be disciplined by Satan’s ministers…that would be plain stupidity and if anything they would be the ones being disciplined by you to tell them to repent. Why would you need to be disicplined if you have not done anything wrong? All Satan’s ministers want is your money and your slave labor.

5. YOUR PRESENCE AND YOUR GIFTS

We absolutely need your gifts (spiritual and physical), for without you the body is not complete, nor are you, you are robbing us and yourself. (1 Cor 14:12,26).-
Each believer is a member of the body of Christ (His Church), and each has a gift(s) given by the Holy Spirit which edifies (house, home, housetop, build) the body of Christ (universally or locally doesn’t matter) in the way that God wills it according to His will (1 Cor 12:11, 14, 18). The body of Christ, not the devil’s house and his children (the goats, hirelings, tares and false Christs/apostles/prophets, wolves etc), how welcome do you think a born-again believer’s thundering rebuke to the devil’s house to repent and seek God for His glory would be? Or call to holy living. What did they do to Stephen? They may very well do the same to any man of God that points the congregation to Christ.

6. BACKSLIDERS

Those that leave the church are leaving because they can’t handle the truth or to start their own church, those that remain are the true believers. We call it the revolving door – backsliders come in after years of running away.”
It may very well be that the believer is leaving because there is no truth there and the believer is searching for it with all of his heart as he is admonished to by the Lord Himself, and Ezek 34 and other scriptures have been revealed to the saint by God. (John 10(vs 5 especially is being fulfilled))

7. CHURCH HOPPERS

Church hoppers are unstable believers and can’t commit to a home church.
First of all God can and does reach people anywhere He wants to (yeah this is another one that false Christ’s/prophets/teachers/apostles twist as well to justify their false preaching to try to get person to stay in ungodly house). A home church is not always a building or even available so sometimes believers meet in homes or on internet or even just speak on phone or write each other, and church hopping is not in the bible and if it were the house of God and it was sound doctrine and Godly messages, then yes the person hopping around might be trying to find an environment and message suitable to their flesh. 1 Tim 1:10, 2 Tim 4:3, Tit 1:9; 2:1.

Edifies (house, home, housetop, build), church (a calling out, bid, call forth).

This next one I hear very often when I am sifting a local church or exhorting their believers, and tell them my story of Ezek 34 and other scriptures exhorting the believer to come out of her.
8. YOU NEED US – YOU WERE LOST WITHOUT US –

and now you’ve found your home church.
Not if its not sound doctrine the believer hasn’t.
God will feed the believer other ways in the meantime. Pr 3:5-7 (depart from evil, trust God). As mentioned above….it is very easy today to get fed from righteous ministers and if those are not available God will feed you directly in His Word and in many cases you become more fed than those inside churches. if you are in a true local church praise God.

9. NO CHALLENGING OF LEADERS ALLOWED

God hates criticizers, touch not mine anointed, etc.
They will say things like this to try to put fear into the person so that the preacher can say whatever they want.
I say – Study to shew thyself approved unto God (2 Tim 2:15,16), quit drinking of the devil’s cup and listening to his lies. (1 Cor 10:21). Thankfully God put the fear of God into me and I challenged these false shepherds and leaders in first having me studying His Word for myself indepth to see if these things be so and then challenging the leaders directly (and since it was not righteous ministers they kept being stumped and angry also because they were being challenged when shown scriptures about how God’s house was to be run)

one of the first verses the Lord spoke to me over and over again when I wasn’t sure where I was going was this:
Mat 6:33 But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness;

Ps 46:10.

many, and I say many do not wait on God for His timing and His way and give in to the devil’s false banquet; especially those who are in a weak season or new believers. (Mat 4:8)

God is calling you out if you are born-again and in the devil’s house, RUN for your life! (those of you who are not born-again get out also!)
And wait on Him. Get to know the real Jesus and purge out the leaven. Ro 12:1, 1 Co 5:7.
He may call you to be a watchman, or prophet and send you various places (even for a short time).
